Enjoying the sunshine in Hamburg this morning.
We went into Hamburg to visit the harbour area and eat crepes again.  They were delicious as always.  The annual Harley Days were on in Hamburg this weekend.  Harley Davidsons wherever you turned!  It was very interesting seeing all the different bikes, but very noisy too, and Alfred felt uneasy and wanted to be carried, so we decided to leave.  We drove out of Hamburg via the Reeperbahn, which was lined with people waiting for the Harley parade. The police closed the road just before we managed to turn off, and a couple of seconds later the parade came round a corner on the other side of the road, an endless stream of hundreds of bikes!  So we got to see the parade right up close - it felt like we were actually in it - but from the comfort and safety of our car, so Alfred felt secure!  It was a lovely day...
