The nest egg

Potato and truffle salad tonight.

Truffles from Victoria and cost a small nest egg.

Truffles are an emerging agricultural industry in Australia, and, well, they need supporting, don't they?

What the heck.  Never eaten truffles before (apart from a very vague waving over a pasta once before). 

Probably will never do it again.

But then again, it may be super delicious :)
