Barbeque

We had the smoker going today, smoking two turkeys and a brisket and some spare ribs. So, supper was superb! This is spare ribs and brisket with potatoes and pink sauerkraut. The photo isn't a very good representation of what it really looked like, but I couldn't get the camera to do any better. In any case, it was delicious and much nicer than going out to eat.
