Birthday breakfast and jazzy jaunt

Began the day with Alexey's surprise birthday breakfast which Sam had planned for him. He seemed to love it! Then had some time in the garden in the blazing sunshine - when Zion managed to convince Dad to wheel him around in the wheelbarrow (like an obedient minion!). Then went off to Lichfield (after a nap) where there is a jazz festival going on - Zion fascinated by the musicians! All nicely polished off by dinner at Ask courtesy of Uncle Kevin! Meanwhile - ever since breakfast Sam has been out setting up for, practicing for, doing and then packing up from an NBY event... Poor guy!
