Grey Wagtail

This is the first time I've seen this pretty Grey Wagtail.  It was a long way off so had to use the zoom.   I saw it whilst in Haltwhistle with a friend and her two golden retrievers.  We had a very relaxing amble alongside The Burn and according to the leaflet I printed out "When you wealk The Burn you are walking through 10 million years of earth's history and 300 years of man's ingenuity"   It was such a beautiful day we ended up having lunch sat on a bench by the burn whilst the dogs had a sleep.  It was good to catch up with her and we'll do it again soon I hope :)

Came home and after forty winks thought I'd better do some gardening, so cut some grass and did some weeding and then a little digging where I uncovered yet more stones.
