Black Dog Day

With one thing and another it's been a bit of an intense week, and after the excitement of last night, Charlie and I worked through the comedown with a walkabout.

We started off intending a little walk, and went a bit Forrest Gump, and basically carried on walking, for nigh on 5 hours. I'm aware that's probably a little stroll for some, but for me it's practically like walking to Scotland and back.

Still it's good for the calories innit? :)

Had to put in an extra of Charlie at full pelt. There were a few more, but I don't want the cats to get jealous.
