Happiness Station

Kiddo number two, who just graduated from high school and aims to spend 8 or 9 months bouncing around Australia on a work-travel program before digging into university life, has finally landed a job.

She must bank a certain security deposit over the next five months or she won't be permitted to embark on her little adventure; hence the necessity for interim employment. Today was her first day at work.

I am endlessly amused, that of all the places this particular teenager could find herself earning wages, she is employed at a place called The Happiness Station.
