Hidden Valley

catching up with the last few weeks of pictures. 
Weekend away on the west coast. Almost like Jacqui & I use to do before the kids were born (drive over friday night after work, saturday on wild beach and sunday up a hill on  route back east).
We attempted to get up on to the ride of Bidean nam Bian but there was way to much snow. It was glorious in the hidden valley.
Kids did SO well.  We'll have to save it  for another day.

It was quite a surreal sight in the glen as we parked and got packed up ready to walk. it was a sunny sunday lunch time and the tourist buses were out in full force. we were  parked right next to the cheesy pipers and found our selves surrounded by a coach load of Italian tourists have their pictures taken with the piper. We later mused that we could have dressed Rosie & Alice up in highland dancing stuff and get them to dance beside the piper, the Japanese tourists would have loved that and might have been worth a few quid.
