long weekend in Belgium to watch thte 200th Anniversary re-enactment of the Battle of Waterloo.
We had tickets to watch the battle, visit the various museums and also entrance onto the bivouacs of both the French and Allied soldiers.
There were over 6000 re-enactors from across the globe participating in the event which started on Thursday...they did the French attack on Friday and the Allied counter attack today.
Watching these people bring it all to life was so interesting
