Divine dessert

Have made this rather magnificent dessert - even if i do say so myself! One of my friends who is coming to dinner tonight is gluten free so it has been taxing finding things to cook. This dessert has taken me all afternoon and comprises much fruit and nuts and all things healthy. Am well chuffed with what it looks like, hopefully it will taste good too!
