Oreo cheesecake bites.

I'm off out tonight to have dinner round at my friend's house. She is making a new lasagne recipe that her Italian friend gave her ( it has hard boiled eggs in it and is a traditional Calabrian dish). I've been charged with making pudding so I thought I would give a new recipe a go too. Other friends are making starters and nibbles, so we will be well stuffed by the end of the evening.

I think it's Pimms O'clock so I must dash and will catch up tomorrow.
