Merchant City.. to the Ploy!

To the Glasgow jazz Festival again, this time for an excellent Big Band Festival; three hours of great music from East Dunbartonshire Schools jazz Orchestra; the Groove Merchants; the brilliant Byres Road Big Band and the exciting ZigZag Big Band.  

Merchant City was bursting with people out to catch both jazz and sunshine; every corner  restaurant and bar hosted outside tables.  Fantastic atmosphere today and tomorrow we have Paul Towndrow & Ryan Quigley at the Fruitmarket and later on the free stage, none other than the amazing Brass Jaw.
