Day 2

After a long break following many disappointments, I am attempting a sourdough starter. All seems pretty straightforward so far.

My happiness at finding fresh yeast at Morrisons (by the butter counter) was somewhat ruined by finding the same slot empty this week and all the yeast from the previous period discounted on an end aisle.
