The torch came to Inverness

The Olympic torch arrived in Inverness tonight. It was a cavalcade of sponsorship buses but there was something unexpectedly heartening about the excitement the torch bearer engendered when she came into view. I know money is at the centre of the thinking behind the Olympic movement now but there is still that wee feeling of being part of something bigger than just the money.
