Up with Lizzy at Don's this morning. Got loads organised for the school fair. Cress heads, grow-a-sunflower, make a paper pot etc. Headed up to the school and did our 2-hr stint promoting the food group and planting stuff with the kids. It was good craic. Especially when Kate turned up with her edible bouquet. I love this woman!

Met up with Tash and went for a massage and a facial in the afternoon. God, the woman pummelled me. She had her elbows right into my shoulder blades at one point. Such sweet agony.

Back to Laura's tonight for bathtime and story time with her little boy Samuel. Then tea with the first two of episodes of 30 Rock.
