Through the Battlements

This is when I went to see the Magna Carta, which was a much smaller document than I expected (I expected rolls of parchment; to be fair, they did have small writing though!)

It was fascinating! I can't believe it was signed 800 years ago and has survived! A piece of paper! Surviving 800 years of war, disease and water!
