The Dornoch Firth

Up early and drove north. It was a lovely soft, still morning and when I reached the Dornoch Firth I stopped and got out of the car to enjoy the view. Stopping at the parking place on the bridge across the Dornoch Firth allowed me to take a few photos as well. Then it was on into Sutherland and the Royal Dornoch Golf Club, voted the 6th best golf course in the world.

I was nervous getting to play such a prestigous course but it turned out to be a great day and my golf wasn't a disaster either, which was a bonus.
