Spinach with Cream

Lunch in Casa Joana today in Sarria with Mila and Josep. We presented the owners with the framed short story that Bb had written based on the restaurant and which Mila had translated into Spanish. It's one of my favourites of his short stories and it was fun reading it in Spanish. We've been going to Casa Joanna now for 20 years and when we first started going we went every Friday night for almost 10 years - 5 years when we lived in Sarria and it was just 5 mins down the road and 5 years when we went to the barrio specifically.

The short story's called Spinach with Cream and, of course, that's what we had as a starter today.
