Skyr

When Kit and I visited Iceland 2 years ago we tried the Icelandic version of Yoghurt = Skyr. It was delicious! It is thicker, more whipped and lovelier than the normal yoghurt I have over here.
SO when out shopping today, I did a HUGE double take in the yoghurt isle when I spotted these Yoghurts.
They are 'Icelandic style', and actually made in Germany! but they are blooming lovely!
