High Rise

Here's Gordon and Katie being a bit hazardous on top of the sketchy stack half way round the esplanade at Dunbar. We were heading home from a 'shopping' trip on the family bike which managed to squeeze in a couple of beers in the sunshine. Excellent.

Big and Brave.

Most of my day was spent fiddling with Linux things, setting up a situation where buying a Raspberry Pi is worthwhile. I decided this little computer would initially sit with the boys, and when if they get bored I'll press it into service as a music server (MPD), remote-controlled from my iPhone (MPoD app). That works brilliantly with the Linux laptop, but there's seven weeks til the Raspberry Pi arrives, so we'll see how that goes in ... oh, August.
