and so it begins

Packed up and ready to go on my weeklong ride!
Destination today is Montrose, CO, and a quick recon trip to Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park.
Tomorrow will be a leisurely photo tour of the Canyon, so stay tuned.
PS - we ended up doing the full tour of the canyon in the early evening, so I've added a shot of one of the vistas called "the painted rock."
