Sanding Down Again

Another Winter post quake.
Sanding down the door again so it doesn't jam.

My rebuild is slow. The project manager is incompetent. Twice he has sent me plans that don't include the sliding door to my verandah.

I wonder what else he has missed off the plans for the for flats in my block?
