Quiet day
Still a bit down and evidently having a bad week. Not sleeping and finding it hard to eat at the moment. But I know it will pass as long as I keep taking my measures to keep myself on track and not get too stressed.
Busy day at work but I popped my headphones in and blasted through everything. I think I needed it. The distraction of having so much to do and the feeling of accomplishment.
Planning a weekend or getting myself back on track while I have the time too. Tidying up, going to the gym and making up some meals for next week.
Also I am so thankful for the friends I have on the other end of the phone or Skype. I honestly can say I wouldn't not be here today without them. Always there with great advice and either a laugh or a shoulder to cry on when I need it.
Better day tomorrow.
Early night tonight.
