Riley ..

Took a short walk to the Fairgrounds and I passed by an older couple with their 2 older Airedale Terriers.  They went one way and I another.  A minute or two later one of the dogs (Riley) was walking towards me oblivious of his owners.  They were some 100 yards away.  I turned and said to Riley "you have to go with your family" but he just contently stayed by my side.  I could see the male owner coming towards me and explained that his 13 year (very friendly) old dog was deaf, so no point in calling him.  :-(
