Mission Control..

Not a good picture but it was a great morning. I took part in a leadership session run by an ex-Squadron Leader from the Red Arrows. As well as learning some interesting theory we also spent part of the session split into groups on a mission to distribute UN aid to a war-torn country. The room was full of managers so it was always going to be an interesting task! I was happy to be part of the winning team but I think we got there more on luck than by judgement!
