Where have my glasses gone... no matter how many times this one steels my glasses she still won't know what the capital of Venezuela is. I do but that's because I've got a degree in Geography..

First session with Trent Park Running Club tonight. 8 miles - 1 x warm up, 3 x slow 7.20min pace, 3 x sprints at 6 min pace, 1 x warm down.

Very tough and a totally different level. Thoroughly enjoyable but hard.

I should have worn my glasses...
