A giant Pacman has been spotted eating its way through the population of Dun Laoghaire. 

I wish it had started with that bollox cyclist who went through a red light and brushed past me, with an air of extreme annoyance on him. 
I had walked onto the road at the red man before him. 

He should know that the first law-breaker has the right of way... 
Tsk... 
Is it too much too ask for to have some form of hierarchical anarchy around here?
