Back to reality

I have spent the last couple of days getting all the holiday washing done and put away in preparation for going back to work tomorrow. This is the first time for years I've not had the long school holidays so it feels a bit strange having been on holiday already.

Went to the Leaver's Assembly this morning at the school I used to work in. This group of pupils were in Primary One when I started so I nearly saw them all right through their whole time at school. As usual it was a very emotional send off.

My hanging baskets are now very colourful but somewhat 'drookit' today.
