Wagtail & Baby Curlew

As we were going down the road today I saw the baby Curlew we stopped as it was stuck and couldn't get up the bank so I scooped it up and put it into the field the parents were going bonkers, its not a great photo as it was taken inside the car, my jeans and flatty shoes got soaked, so once again I was selfless... the wee Wagtail was just laying on the road catching some brief sunshine, We carried on and ordered slate tiles for the fire place, then food shop and lunch.
