Red Frog Beach

Finally had some beautiful weather in Bocas today so I got a fantastic beach day. Red frog beach is on the side of another Ian's so it was a boat trip and a trek through mosquito ridden jungle to get to it, so worth it though. I even managed to see the tiny red frogs that the beach is named after.
