In other news, I was at a seminar on 'Psychosis, Rights and Recovery' hosted at Edinburgh University by Support in Mind, the Scottish Mental Health Recovery Network and the University of Edinburgh, which was very informative and useful.

I hear better weather is in the way for next week, thank goodness, at long last.
