Gala day

It was West Kilbride masquerade gala day today. We made it to the station to see the parade, well pipers and gala queen carriage. The pipers were from the Isle of Cumbrae band and really good. Shame the rest of the festivities weren't great. Thom had fun with his friends anyway and I left him and Rob to sit in my friends shop and crochet. Our friend Lilith joined later to escape the bouncy castles that were 3 feet from her shopndoor.
I was going to post a photo of the scarf that I blipped last night, but it sort of felted a bit too much. There's a reason why you make samples before weaving a piece. Never mind.
