One species each day (from my backyard)

Here's another easy one: Galium aparine (Cleavers). It probably occurs almost everywhere around the world (apart from extreme places such as deserts, oceans and the poles) and in our garden. It is an annual plant which is one of the earliest to appear. And it is in fact already appearing as you can see. I tried photographing it with natural light, but it was too windy and I couldn't get a sharp shot, so I used the flash again. It's not flowering, nor does it bear any fruit at the moment, but the regular placing of the leaves and the moisture on the fresh leaves were interesting enough for me to upload it.
