Weary, weary tired

Last night was a very rough night! First night on my own while Jim's away to Edinburgh for the week and the wee lass was incredibly restless.

Down by 6, she stirred at 7,8,9, twice at 10, then up for an hour at 10.30. Then stirred again at 2 and 4am. When I finally jumped back into bed at 430am, exhausted, I heard the wee man's chirpy voice 'where's mama?' I stomped into his room, telling him to go ' back to bed! It's still night-time!' But then...sniff,sniff....I realised something was amiss....A smelly explosion in his nappy that leaked out into his pyjamas and sleeping bag.

By the time I got him changed, he was well and truly awake for the day. His sister joined him at 6am. With only 3hrs sleep, poor mama drank lots of coffee and cried her way through the day.

Yeah, they may look cute but I'm pretty sure they are evil!!!
