It's the TuesdayNightDinnerSociety & my turn to cook
Adding heat & smoke for a recipe I've been waiting to make. Also whipped up a batch of IQS mocha ice-cream & made the bread. Served the vindaloo with a sneaky cauli-rice... Much to the surprise of the veggie hater, she liked it.
