Pastures new

Out with my walking group today for the first time in months, we came across these fine specimens from a pedigree Charolais herd a mile or so from New Pitsligo. I took quite a few shots of some other fine equine specimens too, and one of these is my extra photo today. It was so good to get out for a decent walk, and it stayed dry too, an added bonus. It was a new route for me, some seven and a half miles of the best of rural Aberdeenshire.
