Blur. A Soft Rush

"Blur's made-in-Hong-Kong album, their first for 12 years, overflows with lovely songs and touchingly reveals a band now happily reconciled." I've been following their fortunes as Alex James has a column in my paper.


It is the blur or bokeh in my pic which prompted me to choose to Blip it. I visited the Norman's Pond area of Fishers Green this afternoon hoping for dragons. One was on the wing but sadly didn't settle. I shot this damsel, not sure which, against the light thrown up from the surface of the pond. I've consulted my Observer's Grasses Sedges and Rushes and think it is on a soft rush.
