Speckled wood.

A warmer day, and the butterflies are out.
I chased this Speckled Wood round the garden for ages before I got a good photo.
At one point there were two of them, performing an aerial ballet. So graceful, and lovely to watch.
Presumably a male and female. Not quite sure.
Needless to say as soon asMrC got the chairs out it clouded over!
A friend of ours who is over from Spain, came for a meal tonight, and now he and MrC have gone to the pub for a few pints and a chin wag!
I thought I would make the boys some special strawberry and raspberry sundaes!  See extra photo.


Feels a bit more like Summer today! Hope the weather is good where you are too.
