Two Miracles
Yesterday I broke my toe... great anguish. After a leadership training course at our church, a couple prayed for it to heal: "Heal toe, in the name of Jesus!" (M said it sounded like a dance move.)
Well, woke this morning without pain and, on the way back from leaving our youngest at Heathrow, decided to try walking along The Ridgeway on the Chilterns - we walked about two miles until we got distracted by The Shepherd's Crook in a tiny village called Crowell, where we had lunch on the tables outside (see extra) - and then walked back. No pain at all. I'm not a particularly credulous person, but feel quite sure this is a miracle.
And then got home to another one - Zion is walking! All of a sudden, he's just decided to do it, and off he goes, even round corners and down ramps. Most of us have experienced this miracle, but doesn't distract from the fact that it's still a miracle. Just sad his doting titia was over the Atlantic when it happened.
