1700 Norwegian Home

Day in Alesund … In the morning we had a walk around the town and then in the afternoon a trip out to the Sunnmore Open Air Museum and the Atlantic Park. 

The Sunnmore Museum contains a number of Norwegian houses, dating from 1600, and Viking boats – the Blip is a house dated 1700 (perhaps a boat house). The Atlantic park contains a number of aquariums containing a variety of fish, Penguins and Sea Lions.
