La Coupee, Sark

I had a wonderful day in Sark today, though it was a little hotter than I would have liked and I now look a bit like a nearly ripe Guernsey tomato.
It was sad to see so many of the hotels closed though. Shame on the Barclay brothers for throwing their toys out of the pram...

But the thing that amused me most was the sight of a man drive up to a house in his tractor; scan a parcel with his handheld device and deliver some Amazon goods to the house. Thank goodness for amazon ;-))
