Philip

A busy day at school ended with a lovely evening. A colleague who has been a great support to me, both when Philip was poorly and through out this year came over and we went, with Crozet608, to the Bois Joly.

We ate outside in the warm evening as a storm gathered - and the evening ended with a huge storm - luckily we were under an awning and it was great to hear and watch the storm!

The balcony planters are always beautiful here and inspired Philip and I when planting on our own the last few years. Philip loved the reds with the wooden Chalet style!

On our way back to the house we saw a glow worm (extra pictures) which my friend had never seen before. Philip and I often saw them at our home in Gloucestershire at this time of year too.
