Old theatre

Was passing this beautiful old theatre and managed to grab a photo while stopped at a red light - it looks quite dilapidated with paint peeling off. There appeared to be people working on it but it wasn't clear what they were doing - it needs a full restoration. Lovely gargoyles on the outside and having visited inside once remember it is very beautiful inside as well
