Basilica Collégiale Notre Dame de Beaune

We have moved north to Beaune on our way back to Calais.  We hear that the channel tunnel is currently closed due to riots and strikes so we are a bit concerned for our crossing on Friday.

When we arrived at our chosen campsite we found it was full so we are staying in the Aire de Camping Cars which is very close to the centre.  (To be honest,  it's just the town car park and a bit lacking in Je ne sais quoi  but it's free)    However the water dispenser isn't working so we are having to ration our on-board supply.

In order to save water with washing up we went out for a meal in the city which was lovely  (it was a bit of a no-brainer really)
