Aperture on Life

By SheenaghMclaren

It's not as warm as it should be at this time of year.  The young kestrel are flying now and they have found the roof tiles store a bit of warmth.

They are fascinating to watch at the moment, flitting from roof to roof, chasing each other and strengthening their wings.  If a parent appears with something to eat, they noisily mob it and are prepared to fight for a meal.
