Sign of spring

               The Australian National floral emblem is the Wattle. I was quite surprised to see this particular specimen in full flower as I was traveling home today.
               Usually August 1st. is considered to be "Wattle Day," so it was most surprising to come upon this tree so early in winter.
                                      Must be climate change AGAIN!!
