Frozen Fingers

Well not really, our fountain was splashing the grasses in the pond and has built up the ice fingers over night. This mornings frost was the coldest on record since 1903. The frost came in at -22 celsius  in Twizel and the coldest since 1903 when it was -25 celsius in Ranfurly. It wasn't that cold here though, a mild -6 c  but still cold enough to do this to the plants.
