Marc almond a brill day

Today has seen 'pride' in carlisle.

It was a brilliant day, held in the city centre.

We took our picnic and camping chairs and settled for the day.

The three degrees, Frankie B, Emma who was on Britains got talent, local group Hardwicke circus, and to finish Marc Almond, say hello and wave goodbye and tainted love of course with jacki and bedsit land, he was brill. He looks good too.

There was a little protest but they were drowned out with 'we are gay and its ok' and of course it is. As i said a little protest thats not worth a mention really but those drowning it out were so well done for standing up against people like that.

It was a colourful day, started wet but the sun got out and was quite warm. I had a good day with good friends good music and a great day for the lgbt community.

Well done to the organisers and performers. A brill day.
