Recovery

Still recovering from yesterday's 10k run. Had to cycle to work as Mrs Tuttle needed the car....but found myself climbing Backford Hill in top gear. First time I've done this in ages so must be a sign that I'm getting younger. I wish.
So I got a much needed power-kip on the sofa before tea! And cake for puds. With a cup of tea and a bit of TV.
