The tea cosy

Raining all day so decided on a crochet class in the village hall. I have not crocheted since I was in my 20s when I recall making a waistcoat that I never wore.  I have decided to revise my skills on something small and am hoping this will be a tea cosy eventually. I have unpicked it at least 5 times and started again but I think I have finally got the hang of the pattern.
